    Hey Guys,

Need a quick suggestion. I have the Horizon Box. Last couple of days the wireless has gone off, however I can connect via cable and get the internet.

Called UPC and they tried to reset the modem on the box remotely but that didnt work.

They are giving me 2 options now, take a new Horizon box or take a seperate modem / router.

I am not sure which one should I go for. Anyone knows the exact model number of the model / router they are sending out now?

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Hi

The separate modem/router currently supplied by UPC is the Technicolor TC7200 From reading through the forums it's not a great device by all accounts. However you may be able to get the Cisco 3925 if you're lucky. It seems to be the best of the ones they supplied
