As per the title any one got these type of panels or bought a Grant engineering system? seen them in different heating suppliers, just wondering if they are any good, i know its seems to be a flat plate system and tubes could be better from what i read
but they seem to make the tank etc to go with them and sell the lot as a package

Are they the 1's with the reflective panel behind the tubes?

To be honest i am not sure i think its only a black insulation beneath a copper pipe that runs through it
just wondering how they stack up vs the tubes
or would you need an extra one of these panel to make up the difference in performance

They only do flat panels, don't think they ever done tubes. I fitted a few of them when the SEI grants were going strong, but I have done little of it for a while
