Work nightmare/dreams

I've lately been having dreams (or nightmares) related to work, it regularly wakes me up to and as a result I don't sleep as well as I'd like.

I've not really been sleeping well anyway lately but this doesn't help. I recently changed jobs and moved house, I'm probably just about getting into a routine again and have had a few nights of good sleep but dreaming of work isn't helping me recently.

Anything I can do out this to get work of my mind and sleep better? Is it normal? I've had it before in college where I'd get the odd dream when projects dragged on for a bit but not had it with work before.

I hope this is normal because it happens to me all the time when I'm stressed at work! It's your brain's way of trying to deal with the stress you are going through. I would say once you get more comfortable at work it will go away. That's how it is for me anyway.
