Just wondering do any of ye use tablets, such as the IPad in teaching. If so what are the pros and cons, some people that I know have one, swear by them but I'm not sure are they worth the investment.

I'm currently in college and one of our lecturers uses it a great deal of the time.

do you mean tablet for just the teacher or tablets for the whole class?

from other threads here it seems to depend on the subject and software.
