Don't watch the video if this stuff upsets you.

This is the chef who was fined €100 after he broke a puppy's leg and tried to strangle the pet.
Kevin Louin's housemate, Martha Wolczyk, suspected he was injuring her four-month-old beagle puppy. She secretly recorded him assaulting the puppy on an iPad she left in the kitchen of the Dublin house they shared together.
He was shown the iPad video and admitted to gardai that he tried to sit on the injured puppy and tried to strangle her. Louin later moved out of the house.

Louin, originally from France, had no previous convictions. Judge John Lindsay fined him €100.

A €100 fine for that? What the actual fcuk..

People are locked up for less.

Is Ireland ever going to wise up and appropriately punish people for animal abuse? Both the cowardly attack and lenient penalty in this case is sick.
