    Expected lineups.

Arsenal: Schezney, Chambers, Mert, Kos, Gibbs, Arteta, Ramsey, Cazorla, Sanchez, Ozil, Welbeck.

Tottenham: Lloris, Dier, Vertonghen, Kaboul, Rose, Dembele, Capoue, Chadli, Erikson, Lamela, Adebayor.

Arsenal have won all 3 North London Derbies without conceding a goal last season and hopefully they can make that 4 wins in a row. Im expecting a good game with plenty of goalscoring opportunities.

    3-1 to Arsenal

Arsenal slowly getting to grips with themselves this season.
Should be a good one, im looking for another 5-2 to the gunners.

Hoping for 4-0 to the arsenal with goals from sanchez, ramsey and welbeck.

Spurs have been playing absolutely gash so far, should steamroll them!

Can see Spurs causing a shock and getting a result here.

The max for Spurs would be a draw I'd feel.

Arsenal very good at home in the league.

2 -- 0 to the Gunners is what my money is on.
Might do Ramsey for first goal too.

Think this game will be a lot tougher than a few predicted, 2-1 to the Arse.

Adebayor to be the man to watch this evening

Disappointed to see Sanchez not starting, seems an odd decision.

There must be a reason. Would love to know it.

How have we possibly got the first yellow in this?!

And that's not a yellow? Nice consistency.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,063 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

Corners are useless for us. We are more likely to concede from one of our corners than they are.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,896 ✭✭✭Sacksian

Welbeck has been very good so far.

    Difference between that and Lamelas?

    Stupid stuff from Wilshere.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,896 ✭✭✭Sacksian

And for Arsenal's possession-based system, I think Cazorla is more important than Wilshere - certainly combines with Ozil and Ramsey a lot better.

Not questioning Wilshere's ability at all, it's just in terms of his decision-making and how he shows for the ball.

We are going to get caught on the break.
Far too high a line again.

We are going to get caught on the break.
Far too high a line again.

It generally works against the smaller teams so we might get some joy out of it today.

Arteta off, and Flamini on. I wonder who's going to get the next yellow.

spuds with the better half chances. Both teams must improve after the half time cuppa

Need a big performance from Wilshere and Flamini now.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,019 ✭✭✭davycc

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,312 ✭✭✭✭Quazzie

Jesus, what does Alexis have to do to get a game.

Maybe Wenger has him penciled in for his usual 72nd minute substitution and is afraid to change it

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,382 ✭✭✭✭greendom

Spurs on top for the last 10 minutes or so. Feel that losing Arteta and then Ramsey (feck) has really disrupted our play. Hopefully we can get re-organised at half time and go back to dominating the game.

He was never going to come on for Arteta and Cazorla deserves his chance as well. Shows the strength in depth of our attacking midfielders which is a big plus.

Not been a great game so far.Too much tension in derby games generally for there to be much free flowing football.
