Aerlingus and child buggy

    Hi all
    Im going on holidays next week via Aerlingus to Faro. My daughter is 2years and 3 months old has is paying a full fare. Is the buggy free???
    Cant seem to find it on there website.

    There is no charge. You give it to them at the gate and they give it back to you when you get off the flight. You might be waiting a few mins as they need to take it out of the luggage hold.

    Where you get the buggy back is airport dependent. In T2 in Dublin Aer Lingus will have the buggy ready and sometimes even open it for you right at the gate. This is really helpful as T2 can mean carrying a baby for quite a while before getting to baggage reclaim.

    Now compare to Berlin Schönefeld where you have to go collect it from oversized luggage which means a wait of 15 mins or more after everyone else has collected their luggage from the carousel.

    Many airports just put it in the carousel with the rest of the luggage.
