    Hi Folks,

I've recently applied for a position for a tech company in Dublin. Telephone interview went well and at the end the guy says the next step would be for a video letter. Its for a sales/service position. Has anyone encountered anything like this for a similar position?

  • They seem to be getting common enough. As it's a sales position I assume it's customer facing, a video lets them see your personality and manner a bit more I guess.

Ah well. The job is over the phone. Process just suprised me a bit tbh. Guy was sound about it and sent me on a few links for pointers etc.
