Converting toilets to dual flush

    In advance of the water charges I'm looking to convert my toilets at home into dual flush. Is anyone aware of anyone local providing this service at reasonable rates?

    I would assume it would just be a regular plumber you are after. And it's probably your safest bet rather than someone that's not a qualifying plumber changing everything.
