Is Dabs always this bad?

    Hi, I ordered off Dabs on Sunday and bought a Qck Heavy mouse pad. It said there was over 50 in stock. It's now Thursday and they're saying "awaiting stock from supplier". It's the second time this has happened, the 1st time I just cancelled my order. Are they always this ****e and is there anything I can do to speed it up? Are they allowed to advertise having 50 in stock and then say they're awaiting stock from supplier?

    Ordered an internal HDD from them 2 years ago, toke 20 days to deliver (same as yourself, more than 50 in stock etc). After that happened I vowed never to use them again.

    Bunch of cowboys by the looks of it. They won't be getting any more orders from me.
