Challenge 141: Timelapse

Hey all, thanks for your support in the previous challenge. I was completely caught by surprise

Ok so recently I started trying out taking timelapse photos. Really interested in this area but I still have a lot to learn.

Rules:
- Closing Date is 2 weeks from now (i.e. Thursday 09/10/2014 at 5pm).
- Only photos taken with this challenge in mind qualify - therefore the photo must be taken between now (Thursday 25/09/14 at 5pm) and Thursday 09/10/2014.
- The photo must be taken by the person submitting it.
- Only one photo per post, but submit as many posts as you like.
- The next task/subject is to be chosen by the person who has the most thanks after their post at the closing date/time.

Ok so went out today to give this a try, now I had now timer remote, just the standard Nikon infared one

Whammy!

This is quite challenging but fun

Unfortunately I don't have a remote timer nor does my camera have a built in interval timer so I needed my laptop to trigger the camera.
My cable to connect the two is only a meter long so I also needed to bring a chair with me to rest the laptop on :pac:

I also brought a bag with 10Kg inside to hang from the camera stand. It helped to anchor the camera stand because it was super windy out and I didn't want the camera to move in the slightest.

A lot of stuff to bring for a very short little clip but I'll probably do it again
Camera was set to fully manual and I cropped the photos to a 2.39:1 aspect ratio.

Nearly 24 hours have passed since the deadline.
I have no issues if Spookwoman wants to start the next Challenge before this one is officially closed by Iamxavier.
