    Hi All,

I'm a little bit baffled and need advice. Last year just before Christmas I purchased a Panasonic TV. The TV seems to have a backlight bleed problem that was only pointed out to me recently. Who do I contact regarding this issue? IBOOD or Panasonic directly?

    Thank you

Contact the seller, you have a contract with them not Panasonic and they have obligations to you.
Panasonic would be obligated to honour any guarantee but I'd go through the seller first.
