What happens in such cases I wonder?

the question is too general. You might as well ask what happens when somebody goes to court. Depending the circumstances they could have their bail revoked and be remanded in custody. They could have their bail conditions altered. Or they could be just given a slap on the wrist and told not to be a bad boy again.

I mean when it happens inter court hearings.

Can someone breach bail conditions and be picked up on just that basis?

If they breach their bail by not showing up to court the judge will generally issue a warrant for their arrest.

No, I'm talking about someone breaching bail conditions and not due in court until oct.

They can be brought back before the court for breach of bail conditions and the may have it revoked or have tighter conditions placed on them.
