Has there been a change in the regs on the size of the cable from the meter box to the consumer Unit. Heard someone say it has to be 25mm square now. Anyone know if this is the Case?

Thanks, mine will be a 16kva supply, as we will be installing a heat pump. I thought it would still be 16 square but maybe it would be best to uprate it.

for 16kva nightsaver with heat pump

i would fit 80 amp main ocpd in meter cabinet and 25sq tails

that's the way i did them anyhow

you're not making use of the higher capacity that you applied for if you fity 16sq and 63amp
