    It's hard to tell how big that Coke one is, but if it's a Husky one (that have many around with various brands splashed all over them eg. Guinness, Heineken, etc), then it runs like a normal fridge with compressor, etc.

    are they auto defrost then like a larder fridge and no noisy fan

    just to add to the op answer if the fridge runs silent its running on a heating element the same as a caravan fridge and wont have any compressor
