My apologies if this has been asked before. A friend and myself set up a partnership in November of last year. While my friend made a bit of money from the company, I didn't make anything at all. I was also working part-time in a shop as a PAYE employee, and had been made redundant in August, only to be re-hired by the same company (under new owners) a few weeks later in mid-September. Do I need to leave everything blank on the form, or do I need to declare what I earned in the shop where I was working part-time?

    Thank you

So do I just need to fill out (under section D):
Line 233: Gross income for USC purposes
Line 234: Amount of USC deducted
Line 237(a) Amount of PAYE tax deducted per P60/P45

    While leaving everything else blank?

    Thank you
