I disagree entirely with the findings of the vast majority of the world's climatologists. What the hell would they know anyway? I prefer to carefully select my information on this issue from right-wing newspaper columnists, whose views may be lacking in evidence-based analysis or actual scientific facts, but are at least true.

How much more carbon is all this activity going to create?! It Sunday - stay at home and watch the telly or knit. Much more environmentally friendly.

Yes apparently there is a 95% probability that humans are causing the climate change. But sure screw these negative bastird scientists what would they know.

Ian O'Doherty in the Irish Independent dismissed their findings entirely. That's enough for me.

If ours gets a bit warmer, I feel the price to humanity is worth paying. Humanity might not agree, but sure, feck em.

I stopped at Ian O Doherty....

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

If they ever get involved in the real environmental disasters such as the destruction of the rainforests I might pay attention.

I turned off Sky news when the has been Z list celebrities whoring themselves to a cause for a bit of self-publicity were being interviewed. Seriously people, there are bigger concerns than the environment. As for the Oxfam campaigners 'we're gonna win this fight', no, you are not.

That's the problem, mostly people only want to solve the short term problems.

How naive and wrong you are. Destroying the environment means destroying our own habitat.
    • If we continue to over-populate this planet, we will continue increase the fossil fuels emissions.
    • The more emissions we release, the warmer this planet gets.
    • The warmer this planet gets, the more evaporation there is.
    • The more evaporation, the more clouds and rain.
    • Cloudy skies means no sunlight. We need sunlight to grow food and to keep our bones healthy.
    • Plants need sunlight and we need plants for oxygen.

We had 6 consecutive washout summers between 2007 - 2012. That's a sign of things to come.

We are also running out of oil and countries are going to invade each other for the last drop.

I don't even bother protesting about foreign wars or care about natural disasters on the other side of the planet because this planet doomed anyway.

As the science is 'settled' stop all further funding for climate warming/change/disruption, research. Furthermore, encourage people into more energy efficiency by eliminating sales tax on all brand new cars and all A+ energy rated appliances. Make all future climate conferences video conferences only.

Wait....what? You can't do that? Why not?.... Oh, you'd lose lots of revenue and job-related perks. I see, so it's not really about the climate after all then....? What do you mean 'shhhhhhh!'?
