Are you supplying the fittings or will the plumber be? If you were supplying all the fittings then he or she would just charge for there work and time there at what the rate is. But if the plumber is then they would charge for that and all the fittings too. The best way is to ring a few plumbers up and get a price and then go with whichever you are happy with. Just remember that the cheapest price is not always the best. You don,t want to get a cowboy plumber you want to get a good plumber. Try tradesman.ie iff you do not know any local plumbers. You might and really should get an Electrician in to wire the shower if it is an electric one.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

You might find it hard to get a good plumber. The good ones are still busy & most wouldn't want to touch something someone else first fixed.

Be very careful of Tradsmen.ie & onlinetradsmen.ie You'll get some VERY cheap quotes here. The cheap quotes are guys on the dole or not qualified. There are no checks at all on if you are on the dole, insurance or qualifications. What makes matters worse they have professional web designers that pad out your CV for you to try make you look more professional.

Nothing ever beats word of mouth. Then check their work & insurance & get a receipt.
