    Hi,
I'm living in Lackagh and looking to get fit (again). I'm male, almost 40.
I know there's boxing in the Claregalway Technology Park, gym classes in Claregalway hotel gym. But am wondering where else nearby have classes please?
I heard there's a place near Carnmore Cross, someone else mentioned a fitness farm in Tourloughmore.
    Anyone recommend somewhere please?
I'm thinking high tempo, intense but open to any course/classes that'll get me fit and into shape (more concerned with getting my fitness up first).
    Thanks,
    Patrick.

There is a PT in Turloughmore with his own well-equipped gym. Paul Kelly is his name. That's probably the 'Fitness Farm' you heard about.
I have gone to him in the past and my other half just started his classes last week.
I think they are twice a week he has them. He'll work you hard though!

I have his number and can give it to you by PM if you want. Don't think he has a website.
