Well received the dreaded application pack in today's post...although my heart says "send it back unopened" ... my brain says otherwise. ..we will be looking for a mortgage after xmas and am wondering if anyone knows if refusal to sign up to Irish Water or refusal to pay the bills due to "no contract" will affect your…
