I was called for jury summons but i have my college graduation, does anyone know if a letter from the college would excuse me from it??

My doctor gave me a letter to excuse me because I had flu and it was accepted.

Don't know, as it's not one of the permitted exceptions. But it's worth a try. Get the letter and send it in.

Is the summons for regional or for Dublin?

Just do up a letter explaining your situation and attach confirmation that you are in fact graduating and I would be shocked if any issue was raised.
