    Hi I'm a qualified receptionist/ office administration assistant would it be ok t. Write a list of companies and ring each one in the area and ask if there any vacancies and then ask can send a email or hand in a c.v , also i don't have any previous experience in my qualification would that make my of chances finding a job slim

    Yes that would be ok.

    You've a greater chance of getting a receptionist job if you're pretty, so although this is pretty vulgar, include a photo with your resume if you think it will give you an advantage...

    theres no harm calling also ask for the name of the HR manager so you can address your CV directly to them. Also try the usual recruitment sites like monster and irishjobs
