Selling a car for parts in Dublin

    Howdy, just wondering if anyone here has sold a car to any breakers in the Dublin area recently and what prices they got?

    I have a 2003 Peugeot 206 1.4HDI with 165k+ Miles on it I am looking to get rid of. No DOE, needs new front wishbones, engine is on the way out, bonnet badly rusted along with side panels.. not really worth selling to anyone in that condition so decided maybe selling to be scrapped.

    any photos of it? you might get around €4-500 privately for it if it's driving ok, being a daysul you might still get a bit of interest in it.

    what makes you think the engine is on the way out?

    i'd expect €200 ish from a breaker.
