I see that the Athlone Advertiser are reporting a new property price boom in Athlone....:eek: http://www.advertiser.ie/athlone/article/72252/athlone-property-sales-double-in-one-year Seems a little bit premature to me, although the only way is up from where local property prices are at the moment - Rock bottom I would say.…
