Looking for quiet few days away in France in October with OH. Based on cheap flights we have a choice of La Rochelle, Carcassonne or Biarritz. Never been in France before so no local knowledge. Your opinions, pros and cons highly appreciated. Cheers!

I have been to all and my favourite is La Rochelle but might be a bit nippy in October. Have you thought about Nice?
