I have a corner if a field which is wet and not much good for anything. Was thinking of planting some apple trees in it. Does anyone know if fruit trees would be suited to wet ground?

Not really a good idea, damp problems all the way. Any way of draining the area? Ideally the side of a hill with good air circulation and reasonable soil. Maby plant some alder and willow who may love it there and use them for firewood.

Blueberries might grow there, what is the pH like?

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.
