    hey,
    I was meant to start a new pack on saturday after my 7 'free' days, however I didnt get my pack until today is it ok to start back today or should I wait?

    If I were you I'd just start back today, but best thing to do is to ring a pharmacist if you're in any doubt.

    It's best to ring your doctor to ask, or even ask your pharmacist.

    Remember, if you're using it as contraception, to use a barrier contraception on top of it now, since you've missed a few.
