Is there anybody in AH who has honestly never Robbed anything ? I'll be honest and say I've Robbed my fair share of stuff when I was a Kid, books, sweets, Apples from local orchards etc.. but I wouldn't dream of doing it as an adult.

You're literally worse than the person who didn't rob a pen.

    No, not Hitler.

I robbed three bars of dairy milk and a pear out of the school tuck shop and distributed them among my classmates when I was 13
I considered myself a bit of a Robin Hood at the time.

First time I've ever owned up to it.

A copy of playboy from easons circa 1997. I had just begun to, eh...find myself and had a rager which would not cease. In the end it drove me to crime.

A few bars of chocolate when I was a kid.

Oore recently when doing my shopping in Dunnes I had really bad heartburn, so picked up a packet of rennies off the shelf and took one out of it.

Only realised while on my way home that I'd put the packet into my pocket instead of into my shopping basket.

Considered going back to pay for it, but decided against.

I robbed loads of **** when I was a teenager, not proud of it at all but I was pretty good at it, never got caught. Never burgled as I'm not a complete scum-bag but use'd to rob stuff out off shops like battery's and stuff.
I got into an awful habit of robbing bikes and then sequestering parts to create a super bike with all the best parts. So with this super bike I just sprayed the frame with a crap black lacquer but the bike itself was savage. Anyway once I had this bike (I was about 18 at the time and starting college) I stopped been a thief, my conscience got the better of me.
A few months later this very bike got robbed, when I realised it got robbed all I did was laugh at the irony of it.
Glad to say I have never robbed again since then (unless you count torrents) and that was about 20 years ago. I guess it was a phase I went through for a few years.
I don't really regret the stuff I robbed from the shops as it was never more than a few quid but I still feel quilty about the bikes, but hey what are ya gonna do.

In my college years I once robbed a bottle of whiskey off the front seat of a car. The driver was being arrested for giving abuse to the guards. I was standing right next to the guard stuck my hand in robbed the bottle and walked off. Doubt anyone else would be so stupid to rob something so close to a cop. I was drunk at the time don't no why I thought I need more drink .

Would never do it now, but when i was in junior cycle of secondary school i'd pop down to argos to avail of the free pencils. The memories still haunt me to this day whenever I step foot into an Argos store!

Never stole anything as in shoplifted……but curious does this count in anyone's books as stealing - on more than one occasion in my life I've been given the incorrect amount of change in the form of an overpayment and kept my mouth shut and walked out with the goods. Is that really bad?

Once found a staple gun on the floor by a notice board in my old college canteen and took it, thinking I was hilarious. As soon as I got home, I felt bad about it and put it back in the same spot the next day.

I'm glad you feel guilty about the bikes. I'll leave it at that, but direct you to the following thread, where many experiences of having a bike stolen are related, and many accurate descriptions of the type of sh1t that would steal a bike are given...
