Problems with the jobs search process

Hi there folks. I'm currently doing some research on ways to improve the job search process; like many people here I've found that the various tools and methods out there leave a fair bit to be desired. (The research itself is market research for a small business idea I submitted for the IBYE competition).

I was wondering what job search tools people are currently using (i.e. newspapers, websites, etc.), and what problems have they found with them? Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

One thing I've noticed is most people don't understand how to use job websites.

For example, they'll often claim their search results also includes jobbridge adverts, get frustrated and give up.

But all you have to do is use an advanced search.

As you can see, an advanced searched can be used to pinpoint exactly what you want.
