The freehub on my fulcrum 5 back wheel has gone so if anybody has a fulcrum back wheel which the rim is gone but the hub is still good I would be interested in that. Alternatively if anybody has a spare rear wheel like a fulcrum 5 or mavic aksium I would be interested in that also.
    Thanks

    Have you any interest?
Plenty of life left in the rear wheel but has a worn brake surface and front is little no wear.

This is the part that you need to repair your existing rear wheel - should be available elsewhere for less:

Yeah I was going to repair it but they said it would cost 100 quid to repair and it probably wasn't worth while as there is only about a year left on the braking surface.

My budget would be about 100 as im not looking for anything fancy as its just for a winter /work bike

@letape do you know where you get fulcrum rims? Some experienced guys have said it may be to much hassle too replace?! Any advice?

@slfcarro5 I would probably sell the rear wheel for €100 and you would get the winter out of this and more.

Hi, is it the freehub itself that's kaput or is the wheel hub/bearings also in need of attention . I'm looking for a fulcrum racing 7 wheel hub , it should be 20 spoke , 12 on drive side , 8 on non drive side . Is this what you have ?

I have never needed to replace a fulcrum rim but I would try the main uk on line bike shops and any good local bike shop near you. I can't imagine there being a problem ordering a rim but they may be expensive.

I have replaced spokes on a fulcrum 3 rim before and it want any problem - it's just a little tricky as there are no holes in the rims so you need a magnet to guide the spoke nipple along the rim into place. No problem at all though for anyone who has done it before.
