Strange food combinations

I just listened to a report on BBC Radio 4. As usual they had a balanced discussion, one traditionalist and one innovator. The two which I remember being mentioned are Peas and Honey and Spam and Creme Eggs. I don't have any weird tastes myself but I'm sure there are people who do. I did a search and the subject was done here before but it was a few years back.

    I eat my peas with honey;

I've done it all my life.

It makes the peas taste funny,

But it keeps them on the knife.

    Tayto crisps and cola bottles.

    Heaven.

I eat my creme eggs drenched in Spam,
It masks the taste with tones of ham,
Some people stare and call me weird,
But only if there's spammy bits stuck in me beard.

    Ham and Custard.

Not only a strange food combination but also an unconventional crime fighting duo.

Jimmy Ham and Doreen Custard - he's a street smart cop, she's a house wife with a heart (and a liver) of gold.
Together they whip crime and whip up the tastiest desserts you've ever eh.... tasted.

Dipping McDonald's fries into your strawberry milkshake. It's damn good.

Tuna and a good quality raspberry jam on brown soda bread . The fruitness of the jam works well with the meatiness of the tuna

Chocolate chip cookies and curry sauce.
Was in town one night and one of the lads went into centra and came out with cookies and another went into charlies and came out with some sort of curry concoction.
Anyway, I learned that night that dipping the cookies into the curry was a good idea :)

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, peanut butter & bacon sandwiches! :D People think it'll be awful, but oh no! It's damned tasty!
