Hi can anyone tell me if there is a weights only gym located around shandon st cork? I'm currently in club vitae but the instructor mentioned it to me recently. Cannot remember the name of it.
    Thanks

Maybe ask him next time you're in if no one knows...?

What's the advantage of a weights only gym? I don't get it. As long as a gym has all the weights you need for the workout why is it necessary that the other equipment is missing? Just curious.
