Play Music constantly downloading pinned music

I've a SGS4 running CM11 M8 and I've an odd problem with Play Music.

Most days when I get home it starts downloading all my pinned music again. Usually it's successful, sometimes it tells me there's an error, because an I only use 10 devices (I only have 3 authorised), then it downloads again, successfully.

I have plenty of SD card space, so it's not that. Have tried clearing data in the app several times. I don't have app running that could be clearing the pinned files during the day.

Out of ideas and it's very annoying. Anyone else seen this?
