    Hi,

Is anyone else starting to have a freak out about no decisions from SUSI ?

Does anyone know what's actually wrong with them or what the delay is ?

    Thanks

same boat myself son off to uk this weekend and no decision yet i applied day it opened ... it seems that they spent up until now doing the initial applications and have only started assessing the documents for awarding.Really cant see how they havnt yet got the system right yet surely the award forms a vital part of deciding the financial viability of even attending college etc ..
    susi press release

SUSI has moved to the awarding phase of the application process. The initial phase, which was to assess all new applications submitted to SUSI before the August 1st deadline, is complete. We have now begun the second phase of the process which is to review documentation provided to us from applicants.

Processing priority will be given to those students who returned their requested documentation at the earliest dates. This is where all our processing resources are now placed and we expect to move through this process quickly. Students can expect to hear from us throughout September.

We would encourage students who have been requested to forward outstanding documentation to us, to do so as soon as possible.

Furthermore, we would also encourage students to send us their Final Course Acceptance forms, where applicable. For further information on Final Course Acceptance forms please click here.

It's just a nightmare. Even the people on the phone are terrible - they can't help.

Hopefully this nightmare will be over soon !

    Best of luck
