When should we expect an update on the national bradband plan?

Title probably says it all but is there any further news on this since Pat Rabitts day in the sun announcing it. Has the new minister commited to it. And how will this effect the end user on standard eitcom lines. My Area Ringaskiddy exchange was scheduled for EFibre but since the plan announcement which included this area…

My Area Ringaskiddy exchange was scheduled for EFibre but since the plan announcement which included this area it has dropped off the Eircom MAP. The area is also covered by a MAN if this would make any difference to plan
