Parking ticket appeal

    Hi

    I was issued a parking ticket by a traffic warden working on behalf of the county council. when i looked at the ticket he has stated the wrong location on it. i have written confirmation from a town councillor of the correct name of this area. can i appeal this ticket or am i best to just pay up?

    you can appeal all you want ... no one can say how this will pan out.

    But by the sounds of it you were parked illegally and as such should pay up rather than wasting the time of the public body in responding to a frivolous appeal.

    Is the town councillor an expert willing to give verbal evidence in court.
