Fitness Classes

    Does anyone know where there are pay as you go fitness classes - the missus wants to go but we don't know where to go.

    I'm thinking kettle bells; circuits - stuff like that

    We live in Stillorgan Area

    Loughlinstown leisure centre do some. Body Health and Fitness in the stillorgan business park (next to the GAA club) are worth a look as well.
