I wouldn't chance it. Germination and vigor will be declining.

At best I'd mix with another few bags. Apparently mites will attack it if stored for too long. I definitely wouldn't sow it on its own

Mice had a nibble at a bag overwintered in my garden shed a few years ago.

    Do a germination test.
1 Get an empty plastic food container, something like a clear plastic box that sliced ham or sausages are sold in.
    Rinse it out with water.
2 Place a tissue or kitchen paper towel or even a few bits of 'clean' bogroll in he bottom of the tray.
3 Turn on the cold tap so that it is barely dribbling and dampen the paper towel.
4 Put 10 rows of 10 seeds each on the paper towel, cover it with plastic or a piece of glass and leave it somewhere out of the way, I usually leave it in the kitchen window.
It should germinate after 2 or 3 days, don't let it dry out, it has to be kept damp but not swimming in water.
Might be worth doing a row of clover seeds if you have room.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

    .

I'd say used bogroll would yield great results

Have used grass seed that has been stored over18 months and never had an issue. Like Blue5K says do a germination test. Unless it has got damp/wet while in storage it will be Ok.
