Hi Guys, Sorry if this thread is elsewhere, couldnt find one. I see the minimum price for this development in Rathfarnmham is €620,000 and thats just from off the plans. So lets say when built might fetch €700,000. Either this estate is purely for the elite of our society or have things gone completely mad. I must be…

Ticknock / Ticknock Hill etc is D18. As soon as you cross the M50 Kingston / Kingston Hall is D16 so Grange Hill should be D16 too. Definitely not Rathfarnham though!

No, it's delivered by Dublin 18 delivery office, and all that side has D18 eircodes, Kingston hall included, but the row of houses on the opposite side is D16, (don't ask me, I haven't a breeze, some tipsy person with a pen drawing a line, perhaps)
