Transition from JA to BTEA

I'm receiving JA for the summer. I start college on Tuesday. The SW know this, I provided them with everything and I was accepted for BTEA. I usually collect my JA from the post office on a Tuesday. Will it be there, or do I have to wait til Thursday for it to be paid into my bank account as BTEA? I never got a date for…

it can be up to a month after you start the course, just one day, your payment won't be in the post office but it will appear in the bank.

the local welfare office don't seem to know when this happens either, as far as i can remember they just say, they have submitted your details for btea payment.
