Or perhaps you are Scottish or are eligible to vote - how will you be voting?

I would be a definite yes, it's bad enough the English (me included) being screwed over by Westminster (all parties) taking from the hard working and giving handout after handout to the rich in the name of "recession" and austerity. A recession caused by the same people. And then when you fall on hard times and have to sign on etc you are "part of the problem" as parroted by so many of my peers about such people after reading their red top newspaper with the opposite of their interests at heart. The Scots should take their chance and run, out of all the others within the UK (Wales, NI) they have by far the best chance of making a great fist of it. They will be able to actually reap the rewards of their hard work and control their destiny, within whatever opposing political narratives that may mean. I'm all for opposing views, but no sane country would want to be ruled by the criminals in Westminster and the City (yes I'm aware that Britain isn't alone in such a set up).

Which way would you vote? 2 votes

    1. Scotland get full control over their nature resources.

    2. They rarely get the government they vote for, always screwed over by the Tories.

    3. Control over their own affairs.

    4. Removal of a nuclear arsenal from their soil and avoiding becoming involved in insane wars.

    5. Avoiding the privatisation of the NHS.

    6. Economic control and deciding their own budgets.

    7. If they were an independent country now, would they vote yes on Sept. 18th to join the Union? The answer is evidently no - pretty clear cut as far as I can see.

    Vote Yes!

Hardly the need for another thread for the sake of a poll. Large thread below and others in Politics as well.

If you want, can probably merge it with the other one.
