Imagine WiMax trouble

Hey guys, I've just recently moved to an apartment in Letterkenny, right in the town centre. I saw a decent WiMax deal online so I gave Imagine a ring and ordered a WiMax hub. Anyway it came the last day and I've just tried to set it up now using my Dell Inspiron 15r. I've followed the instructions to a tee. When I hook the laptop up to the hub it's supposed to take me to the WiMax page to allow me to activate it but instead it redirects me to an error page. The error message is something along the lines of '"CPE not ready for provisioning" "The equipment you have connected to the WiMax network is in incorrect state and cannot be provisioned at this time"

I'm not sure what exactly is wrong. Does anyone know how I might solve this issue? And help would be greatly appreciated as WiMax is the only realistic broadband for me over the next nine months.

How many bars on the WiMAX hub (1,2,3 or 4)? What speed did you sign up to? Where have you got it located in your house, it may need to be closer to a window for better signal.
