I know it ain't much but its all I can afford(well my mother is buying me it). I'm needing a van for my business I'm starting up in construction/handy man and would like some recommendations on what decent van I can get for this money.

I actually had a nice hiace sitting there for 3 years but let it go cheap just last summer. I'm kicking myself now because could do with it now :(

You take each one on its merits, but at that budget an old Berlingo would be worth looking at.
Your budget is very low though, there will be a lot of scrap

An uncle bought a fairly clean caddy for 650 euro during the week so it doable and there not a bad van either is a berlingo at that budget. But as colm said with that budget you can't afford to say I just want a specific model look at any make and model. Judge everything on it's mechanical condition ideally if you could get something with a cvrt test as there not too easy to pass anymore and if there is any kind of heavy rust or major issues it won't pass. I know finding a van for 800 with a fresh cvrt test won't be to easy though.

Budget should do you fine for something reliable enough, my boss bought a spotless one owner Berlingo with under 60k on it for a little more than your budget so bargains can be had out there. Van goes great, its defintely down on power compared to our Transits but its does the job well.
