    Hi all,
    Going to Japan in three weeks. Is shisedo any cheaper there? Any beauty recommendations?

    I had a big reply typed out and my browser crashed!

    Anyways, in a nut shell...

    Don't know if high end brands are cheaper as I didn't buy any BUT I believe Shiseido do some drugstore brands that are really great and worth checking out. The two I know are Majolica Majorca (amazing mascaras) and Integrate (gorgeous eyeshadow palettes.)

    Another drugstore brand is Kate. I liked their 5 eyeshadow palettes and the gel eye liner is really good. CanMake is another huge drugstore brand and they do pretty much everything, eyeshadows, lip products... I found the glosses and lipsticks to be quite good. Lipsticks are nice and buttery.

    I didn't get this when I was in Japan but have heard great things about Lavshuca lipsticks too. The packaging alone is worth the cost!
