We are looking for a restsurant in the Dublin area and would like to know which Dublin auctioneers would be best to approach for comercial property mainly pubs and restsurant The property website have only properties that no one would want We are looking for the ones that come up and are gone before anyone knows about them

You're probably looking for a business broker rather than an estate agent. Many estate agents deal with commercial property but not many successfully dealing with selling businesses as going concerns

Two business brokers that I'm aware of in Ireland are BusinessXchange and RTA.
There's also a website called www.businessforsale.com
