Can anyone enlighten me to how to remove this dirt on my alloys? Any product or type brush/cloth I should use?

Those wheels are heavily contaminated with iron deposit. Its fallout from hot particles from your brakes, which embed on the surface of the alloy and dont get lifted by regular washing.

A fallout remover will improve it, but may not be 100% and might take a few attempts to lift the majority. Simple to use them; spray on, allow to dwell to react and rinse off.

Some products that will do the job....
    Wolf's Chemicals Deironizer
    Orchard Autocare Iron Cleanse
    Bilt Hamber Korrosol
    Car Pro IronX
    50Cal Detailing DeCon
