    I have a single room available in a house in a quiet area of Drimnagh. Sharing with two males (late 20s - one mature student, one professional). Would ideally suit a postgrad/mature student or quiet undergrad but all are welcome to come and view.

    Rent is 360/pm
    Fast UPC cable internet and bin charges are included
    Gas/Electricity is split 3 ways (usually 25-35/pm in summer, 50-60/pm in winter)
    1 month deposit required

    The house is very well connected with bus stop outside the door and a short walk to a Luas station. The bus normally takes 15 minutes to reach the city. Cycling takes around the same and there is a cycle track all the way in. The city can also be reached in about 40 minutes on foot.
