    have a fair amount on Deposit that I will not be using for a year has anyone advice on where I should put it with no risk.

    well leave it in deposit where there is no risk. The interest rate is woefully inadequate and half of it goes in dirt tax but sure dont worry about that because there is no risk.

    The risk on deposits is low but not zero.

    See here for a guide to deposit products. PTSB offer the best return for 1 year.
