    In the past 24 hours? getting pics or messages from people who are in reality in your contacts list, but pic or message coming onto your phone from a randomer's number?

    It's my phone, I did turn it on and off again I don't have anyone on my ignore list and my nudie pics are already online!

    If it's a smartphone, sign out of your account, mark all your contacts in your phonebook and delete them.

    Then sign back into your account and all your contacts should sync up properly again.

    This sometimes happens too if you have multiple accounts on your phone and your contacts information is coming from different sources - Google, Outlook, Skype, and a corporate exchange account if you have one set up on your phone.
