Disability Allowance & change of circumstances

    OH has received form enquiring if any change of circumstances, re DA FT and HB

    Looks a simple standard form, routine check I reckon.


    OH has no savings at all and lives from week to week money wise.

    Few months ago won 10k on a scratch card, 5k left now, didn't declare the 10k win as there is a 50k disregard for DA anyway.

    Should he bother mentioning it now on this form or just forget about it.

    Best to declare where a random ten grand has appeared from. Does he have a pic of himself with the big novelty cheque?

    nah even the P.O that paid out the mula by cheque weren't even impressed with that small amount, mind you he felt that he had won the lotto:D
